Do you have one or more Yoga or meditation books on your shelves? Are they cover in dusts? Like many other, we often buy or read without get into regular practice. Our favourite words to use are “tired”, “no time” and ”lazy”. If that happened to you, you are not alone, I heard that all the times.

You learned that Yoga would give a better body figure, improve your lives and health, but it’s often hard that we would cultivate this attitude to

continue for a long time, it takes a thousand miles to begin with a single step. Different people would have different goals to achieve the results they desire, with different goals in mind, there goes different attitude, some people are too rushy, they start off too quickly and began by practicing everything for awhile and soon find themselves lose interest, fade away and quit, while some successful one start off slowly day by day and step by step following her own pace and schedules that keep them continuing for a long time. The tortoise ways to YOGA doesn’t take you ages to reach your goals, instead of thinking how hard and time consuming to reach the end of the journey, think about the next single steps to take to reach your destination. Tell yourself, program yourself, force yourself or whatever you can to commit yourself to a fews minutes practice each day.
